We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead our tyre product line in the tyres manufacturing sector based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate shall come from tyres-manufacturing industry, he will drive product strategy, development, and performance, ensuring we deliver high-quality, innovative tyre solutions that meet market demands and exceed customer expectations.Responsibilities:- Develop and implement product (tyres) strategies consistent with company vision and market needs.- Lead the product lifecycle from concept through development, launch, and post-launch optimization.- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.- Collaborate closely with R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales teams to align product development and business goals.- Manage product pricing, positioning, and promotion to maximize market share and profitability.- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.- Monitor product performance and provide detailed reports to senior management.- Identify and execute strategies to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.- Drive innovation initiatives to keep the product portfolio competitive and future-ready.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, - Experience in Tyres Manufacturing entity is a must- Proven experience (5+ years) as a Product Manager in the tyre manufacturing industry - Strong understanding of tyre product technologies, market dynamics, and manufacturing processes.- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.- Fluent in English- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
