A government entity in Qatar is seeking a Qatari National with 2+ years of experience to join its Internal Audit function as an IT Auditor – Cyber & Data Governance. This role is suitable for professionals with experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, or technology risk looking to develop their careers in a regulated public-sector environment.Key Responsibilities•Support IT and cybersecurity audits, including access controls and security reviews•Assist with data governance and data privacy assessments•Participate in vulnerability assessments and remediation follow-ups•Review IT controls against ISO 27001 / NIST frameworks•Prepare audit documentation and support audit reporting
•Qatari National (mandatory)•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or related field•2+ years of experience in IT audit, cybersecurity, technology risk, or similar roles•Good understanding of IT controls and cybersecurity concepts•Fluent in Arabic and English
