We are seeking an experienced Arabic-speaking Travel Consultant-Holidays to join our team in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and managing bespoke, high-end leisure travel experiences for discerning clients and bring an existing client base. This role requires a strong understanding of luxury travel and leisure, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to curate personalized itineraries that exceed client expectations.Key Responsibilities1.Design and curate tailor-made luxury travel itineraries for high-net-worth and VIP clients.2.Consult with clients to understand their preferences, travel style, and expectations3.Recommend premium accommodations, exclusive experiences, private tours, cruises, and luxury transportation4.Manage end-to-end travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, visas, transfers, and special requests5.Build and maintain strong relationships with luxury travel suppliers and partners6.Provide exceptional client service before, during, and after travel7.Handle itinerary changes, last-minute requests, and travel disruptions efficiently
1.Fluent Arabic speaker (spoken and written)2.Strong command of English3.Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a travel consultant -Holidays. 4.Based in Qatar5.Must bring an existing client base – This is a sales cum operations role.6.Proven experience in curating holiday itineraries for high-end clients.7.Excellent destination knowledge across US,UK & Europe travel markets.8.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail9.Client-focused mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills10.Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients simultaneouslyPreferred Qualifications1.Proficient in curating holiday itineraries.2.Experience working with VIP or UHNW clients3.Established network of luxury travel suppliers and DMCs4.Preference to candidates who has already a client base.
