We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Company Manager / Managing Director to lead a prestigious law firm based in Riyadh. This role calls for a visionary leader who can drive the firm's growth, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional client service in a fast-paced legal environment.Responsibilities:- Lead the overall operations and strategic direction of the law firm to achieve business goals and sustainable growth.- Manage and coordinate the activities of all departments to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and business plans that align with the firm's objectives and compliance standards.- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to enhance the firm's reputation and market position.- Oversee financial performance, budgeting, and resource allocation to promote profitability and operational excellence.- Recruit, mentor, and develop senior management and legal professionals to foster a high-performance culture.- Monitor industry trends and legal developments to ensure the firm’s competitive edge and compliance.- Represent the firm at industry events, networking opportunities, and business development activities.
- Proven experience in a senior management role within a leading law firm or professional services environment.- Strong understanding of legal industry operations, compliance requirements, and market dynamics.- Excellent leadership and people management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.- Strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders.- Demonstrated capability in financial planning, budgeting, and resource management.- Ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks and maintain high ethical standards.- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field; advanced qualifications or MBA preferred.- Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable, with strong cultural awareness of the Riyadh market.
