Role Purpose
The Project Director is a senior leadership role responsible for the end-to-end oversight of complex, multi-disciplinary programs within asset-intensive and regulated environments, including real estate and infrastructure. Acting as an independent delivery authority, the role ensures that governance, quality, and technology-enabled transformation are delivered with executive-level assurance and stakeholder confidence.
- Location: Qatar (Primary), with regional project oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Program Leadership: Lead and oversee large, complex programs across real estate portfolios, capital projects, and enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Governance & Control: Establish program governance structures, including steering committees, and act as the primary escalation point for critical issues.
- Quality Assurance: Review and challenge key deliverables, such as governance frameworks and operating models, to ensure they are practical, implementable, and executive-ready.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the senior point of contact for executive management, boards, and regulators.
- Risk & Compliance: Manage program-level risks across operational, regulatory, and data dimensions while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
Capability Development: Lead and mentor senior delivery teams and contribute to the development of Moore JFC Group’s project and program delivery standards.
Required Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: 13–15+ years of progressive experience in Project Director, Program Director, or Senior Project Management roles.
- Industry Expertise: Demonstrated experience delivering projects in real estate, infrastructure, construction, facilities management, or asset-heavy organizations.
- Professional Background: Strong background in structured project and program delivery, preferably from established consulting or professional services firms.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Architecture, Business, or a related field; Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred.
Certifications: Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, PgMP, or Lean/Six Sigma are an advantage.

- Demonstrated experience delivering projects in real estate, infrastructure, construction, facilities management, utilities, or asset-intensive enterprises
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary programs involving governance, quality, data, compliance, and technology
- Experience working with large organizations, developers, regulators, and complex stakeholder environments
