We are seeking a proactive and dynamic HR Generalist to join our Group Holding company in Qatar. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing and coordinating various HR functions to support our diverse business units. This position offers a great opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives while ensuring smooth operational HR processes across the organization.Responsibilities:- Comply with HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives.- Handle recruitment and selection processes including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.- Manage employee relations, addressing staff inquiries and resolving workplace conflicts.- Coordinate performance management processes including appraisals and development plans.- Maintain accurate HR records and generate regular reports.- Support benefits administration and payroll coordination.- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations specific to Qatar.- Facilitate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and engagement.- Collaborate with department managers to identify workforce needs and propose HR solutions.
- Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role, preferably within a group holding or corporate environment.- Must have experience in handling both white-collar (office staff) and blue-collar (labour/field workforce) employees.- Strong understanding of Qatari labor laws and HR best practices.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Proactive problem-solving skills with a focus on employee engagement.- Confident in using HRIS systems and MS Office applications.- Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
