Position Title: Project CoordinatorEmployment Type: Full Time Salary: 7K AED inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading Dubai-based firms, renowned for its creative interior designs, exhibition stands, and exceptional event management.Job Description:•Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, exhibitions, and trade shows from concept to completion•Support on-site event management, ensuring smooth operations, setup, and breakdown. Maintain project documentation, reports, and post-event evaluations.•Liaise with clients to confirm requirements, provide updates, and ensure expectations are met.•Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors for event logistics including booth setup, AV requirements, catering, transport, and signage.

•Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.•3 years of experience in event coordination, exhibitions, or project management preferred.•Familiarity with local suppliers, venues, and regulations
