We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA QC Manager to lead and oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes within our civil construction projects in Al Ghuwaifat Border Project – Phase 2 (Dhafra Region, Bayah Al Sila District) Abu Dhabi. Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans and procedures aligned with project specifications and industry standards.- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.- Manage and coordinate the QA/QC team to oversee daily quality control activities on-site and off-site.- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.- Maintain detailed documentation and reports related to quality assurance activities and inspection results.- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies throughout the construction process.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.- Minimum 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the civil construction industry.- Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and quality control methodologies relevant to civil infrastructure projects.- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a QA/QC team.- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Proficient in quality management software and inspection tools.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.- Knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations is highly desirable.
