We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead and oversee our civil construction projects in OFFSHORE ADNOC Al Omairah Island Accommodation & Non-Process Buildings, Offshore (Lower Zakum Field, Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record of managing large-scale construction projects to successful completion within budget and time constraints.Responsibilities:- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from inception to completion.- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively.- Monitor construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety and building regulations.- Prepare progress reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar, Construction Management, or related field.- Minimum of 15+ years’ experience in construction project management, MUST HAVE OFFSHORE PROJECT Experience - Strong knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and regulations.- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.- Proficiency in project management software and tools.- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety.
