We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Manager based in Kuwait to promote Dubai as a travel destination to Kuwaiti B2B travel agencies and trade partners. This role is ideal for a confident communicator with a passion for destination marketing, exceptional presentation skills, and the ability to build strong professional relationships within the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote Dubai as a preferred leisure and business travel destination in Kuwait.
- Maintain and grow partnerships with travel agencies and tour operators.
- Represent Dubai at trade shows, travel fairs, roadshows, and workshops across Kuwait and the region, if required.
- Deliver engaging presentations and product trainings to travel trade partners.
- Identify new market opportunities and provide insights into travel trends.
- Collaborate with the Dubai-based marketing and sales teams to align regional initiatives.
- Travel within GCC as required for events, meetings, and familiarization trips.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in travel trade, tourism, or destination marketing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; Arabic and English fluency preferred.
- Presentable, confident, and skilled in relationship management.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
