A successful VP HR should have: * A relevant degree or professional HR certification. * 10-15+ years HR generalist experience across multi country environments * Strong Dubai and wider Middle East HR experience (essential) * Hospitality, service, retail or fast-paced consumer facing sectors preferred * Experience opening new locations or properties * High cultural awareness and ability to work across diverse regions * Hands-on operator comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change * Achievement driven, solutions-focused, low-ego leadership style * Strong stakeholder management with executive-level exposure * Ability to build teams, mentor regional HR leaders, and operate in lean structures * Comfortable travelling across ME & APAC as required
