Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Van Salesman to join our growing FMCG distribution business in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products directly to retail outlets, managing assigned routes, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Sell company products through van sales to assigned customers and routes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and collection targets
- Ensure proper product display, availability, and visibility in outlets
- Manage stock loading, unloading, and daily van inventory
- Handle cash and credit sales responsibly and submit daily reports
- Follow company policies and Saudi traffic regulations
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Van Salesman (FMCG preferred)
- Strong sales skills with proven target achievement
- Experience in general trade and retail distribution
- Valid driving license (Saudi or transferable)
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit and willing to work in the field
- Candidates from Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, and India are welcome
