Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and professional Real Estate Agents to join Nolix Real Estate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate and follow up on leads through online platforms, referrals, and company resources.
Conduct property viewings and provide clients with relevant market information.
Negotiate offers and close successful sales or rental deals.
Build and maintain a strong client database.
Stay updated on real estate market trends, property values, and legal requirements.
Coordinate with developers, landlords, and clients to ensure smooth transactions.
Prepare and manage necessary documentation and contracts.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a real estate agent (preferred but not required for entry-level).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality.
Familiarity with CRM systems and online marketing tools is an advantage.
Must be currently based in the UAE.

Compensation & Benefits:

Attractive commission structure (up to 60% on own leads).
Basic salary may be offered depending on experience.
