Our property management company specialized in short-term rentals is seeking a reliable, organized and proactive freelance assistant based in Dubai.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Operational Tasks

Inspect apartments after cleaning to ensure quality and standards are met.
Address minor issues (Wi-Fi, access, AC, light repairs, etc.).
Coordinate or supervise cleaning and maintenance teams when required.
Manage confidential guest information and submissions following internal procedures.

Digital Tasks

Communicate with guests via Airbnb, Booking and WhatsApp, and handle guest requests.
Assist with administrative follow-up and reporting.

Business Development

Prospect potential property owners and present management services. Gather and forward owner information for management review.

CANDIDATE PROFILE:

Based in Dubai with a valid UAE residence visa.
Must have their own car and valid UAE driving license.

COMPENSATION & TERMS:

Freelance position with no fixed working hours.
Fixed monthly fee: 2500 - 3000 AED + Fuel allowance: 500 AED per month
Commission: 1000 AED per newly acquired client.
Contract: 1-week trial period, then monthly renewable.
No visa or health insurance provided.
Start date: Immediate.

Skills

Fluent in English (Arabic or French is a plus).
Experience in hospitality, property management, or short-term rentals preferred.
Proficient with digital tools such as Google Drive, Excel, and booking platforms.
A proactive, organized, reliable, and flexible individual, able to anticipate needs, manage multiple tasks efficiently, and adapt quickly to operational changes.
