Role & Responsibilities:

Order Booking for contracts considering the relevant documentation.
Follow-up order bookings and country support.
Extract Order booking reports in SAP.
Provide to Accounting the relevant information regarding month closing.
Coordinate with Logistics to ensure on time cost bookings of HQ fees and parts consumption.
Coordinate with Accounting the relevant journal vouchers required on a monthly basis.

Expertise & Qualifications:

Fresh graduate, preferably Accounting or Business Administration.
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Good communication skills.
