We are seeking a Fit-Out Engineer with solid experience in interior fit-out projects in Qatar to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for site execution, coordination, basic design coordination, and commercial support related to fit-out works, ensuring all activities are completed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day fit-out site activities.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal project teams.
Review and implement approved shop drawings and material submittals.
Ensure works are executed in compliance with QCS standards, project specifications, and consultant requirements.
Coordinate inspections, snag lists, and handover activities.
Assist in project pricing, cost estimation, and preparation of BOQs.
Perform quantity take-offs from drawings for fit-out works.
Simple use of autocad for the drafts drawings.
Resolve site technical issues and coordinate design clarifications when required.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in fit-out / interior works.
Previous work experience in Qatar is mandatory.
Experience in basic and practical use of AutoCAD (reviewing drawings, simple modifications, and quantity extraction).
Knowledge of project pricing, cost estimation, and quantity take-off for fit-out works.
Strong understanding of fit-out materials, finishes, and site execution practices.
Familiarity with QCS, QCDD requirements, and consultant approval procedures.
Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
Valid Qatar Driving License (mandatory).
