Responsibilities:

Document all patient interactions and care provided in the electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring accurate and timely updates to facilitate continuity of care.
Assist in the coordination of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges, working closely with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs, contributing ideas and feedback to enhance the overall quality of care delivered.
Maintain a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety regulations, minimizing the risk of healthcare-associated infections.
Support the training and orientation of new nursing staff, sharing knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of learning and teamwork.
Stay current with advancements in nursing practice and healthcare technology by participating in professional development opportunities and attending relevant workshops and seminars.
