We’re looking for an Operations Executive to join a fast-moving digital entertainment company operating across multiple African markets. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, pays close attention to detail, and likes knowing that their work keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

You’ll be part of a small, reliable team responsible for executing customer rewards and promotions accurately and on time, every day.

What You’ll Be Doing

Accurately credit customer lists across multiple internal systems
Execute daily, weekly, and campaign-based reward activities
Double-check all work to ensure accuracy before completion
Keep tracking sheets and live dashboards up to date
Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalating issues when needed
Share regular updates and reports with the Operations team
Work closely with Promotions, CRM, and Tech teams to ensure campaigns run as planned

Working Pattern

Hybrid role (mix of office and remote work)
Five working days per week on a rotating schedule
Regular weekend work required, with days off varying week to week
Standard daytime working hours, with flexibility during busy periods
