We are seeking a results-driven Real Estate Sales Executive to join our Dubai-based team. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, showcasing residential and commercial properties, and closing sales to meet and exceed monthly targets. This role requires a deep understanding of the UAE real estate market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and qualify potential clients through referrals, networking, and market research.
Conduct property viewings and present detailed information on features, pricing, and investment potential.
Negotiate offers and contracts to ensure successful closing of transactions.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dubai’s real estate trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and generate repeat business.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for property listings.

Skills

Proven track record in real estate sales, preferably with 2+ years of experience in the UAE market.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s residential and commercial property sectors, including off-plan and resale markets.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on building trust with clients.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in CRM software and real estate listing platforms (e.g., Bayut, Property Finder).
Valid UAE Real Estate Broker License (RERA) is highly preferred.
A proactive mindset and passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
