The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the café/restaurant to ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for customers and staff, in compliance with health and food safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize dining areas, tables, chairs, and floors.
Clean and disinfect restrooms regularly.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food preparation areas as instructed.
Dispose of waste daily in a safe and hygienic manner.
Clean and maintain cleaning tools and equipment.
Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
Adhere to health, safety, and food hygiene standards.
Support the team when needed.
Report any maintenance issues or shortages of cleaning supplies.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Previous experience in a café or restaurant is an advantage.
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good attention to detail and hygiene.
Physically fit to perform cleaning duties.
