The Document Controller plays a vital role in managing and overseeing the documentation processes within an organization, ensuring that all documents are properly controlled, maintained, and accessible. Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the full document lifecycle, including creation, review, approval, distribution, and archiving of documents.
Establish and enforce document control procedures to ensure compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with various departments to streamline documentation processes and improve efficiency.
Maintain an accurate and up-to-date document register, ensuring all documents are easily retrievable and accessible.
Provide training and support to staff on document management systems and best practices for document handling.
Conduct regular audits of documentation to ensure adherence to established procedures and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in the development and implementation of document management policies and procedures.
Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees regarding document control practices.
Coordinate with external stakeholders to manage third-party documentation and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
Generate reports and metrics on document control activities to inform management and support decision-making processes.

Should have previous experience with EPC company.
Proficient in document management software and tools, with a strong understanding of electronic filing systems.
