Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Telesales Representative to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, contacting potential clients, and converting prospects into customers through effective phone communication.
Key Responsibilities:
•Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our software solutions
•Follow up on leads and inquiries from marketing campaigns
•Qualify prospects and schedule demonstrations with the sales team
•Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in our CRM system
•Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
•Build relationships with potential clients through consistent follow-up
•Collaborate with the marketing team to improve lead generation
•Stay updated on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages

Requirements:
•Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills
•Resilient and positive attitude with ability to handle rejection
•Goal-oriented with a drive to exceed targets
•Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
•Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office applications
•Bachelor's degree preferred
•Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
