We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and delivering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.1) Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation2) Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively3) Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes4) Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables5) Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management and clients6) Analyze project performance metrics and implement process improvements7) Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and industry standards8) Negotiate with vendors and contractors to optimize project resources and costs9) Facilitate effective communication among team members and stakeholders10) Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering.Proven experience (15+ years) in bridge Construction Management and/or project management.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practicesProfessional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent is preferredExcellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide diverse teamsProficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools)Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of managementDemonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detailStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on risk managementAdaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle changing prioritiesExperience in budget management and resource allocationArabic speaking preferred for coordination with the clientProven experience with RTA projects for bridges construction, civil structure construction or Maintenance.
