In Dubai, we operate the largest private business center, which serves as the core of our corporate ecosystem.About this vacancy: We are seeking a Partnership Development Manager capable of managing the entire operational cycle of working with potential partners — from systematic search and cold outreach management to negotiations and contract signing.This role is ideal for a professional experienced in B2B sales, with skills in team supervision (call center management), building long-term partnerships, and driving measurable results.Key Responsibilities:- Build and regularly update partner databases in key sectors: consulting, banking, law, and IT services.- Organize and supervise call center operations (cold calling and email outreach): task setting, script validation, and quality control.- Conduct online meetings with potential partners and present collaboration opportunities.- Negotiate and sign partnership agreements.- Support new partners during the onboarding phase: monitor obligations, document terms, and manage communication via CRM.- Segment partners into groups (strategic, mass, digital) and maintain accurate data in the system.
- Fluent in Russian- English — C1 (advanced level; fluent in business communication and correspondence).- 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B sales, partnership development, or business development.- Proven ability to manage cold calling campaigns and work with call centers.- Strong skills in conducting online meetings, negotiations, and closing deals.- Proficiency in CRM systems (AmoCRM).- Familiarity with contact search and verification tools (Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Lusha).- Structured, results-oriented, and comfortable working under KPI metrics.- Consistent development of partner databases.- Efficient call center performance (meeting targets for first contacts).- Number of online meetings conducted with decision-makers.- Number of signed contracts and activated partners.- Timely CRM data entry and reporting.Additional Information:- Remote work format.- Flexible schedule with performance monitoring.- Office hours are from 09h00 till 18h00 | Monday to Friday. - Compensation: fixed salary + bonuses based on KPIs and signed deals.- Direct interaction with senior management and opportunities for growth within an international organization.Key Skills:- Business Development Management, Partnership Management, B2B Sales- English | C1 — Advanced
