Key Responsibilities:
Electrical & AC Work (MANDATORY)
- Carry out electrical connections for aroma diffusers (power points, adapters, safe wiring).
- Identify safe power sources and ensure compliance with electrical safety standards.
- Perform installations near or integrated with AC units, ducts, or HVAC airflow systems.
- Handle bsic AC/HVAC-related tasks required for diffuser installation and servicing.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical or AC-related technical issues.
Installation & Setup
- Install aroma diffusers at residential, commercial, and hospitality locations.
- Mount units on walls, ceilings, or concealed areas as required.
- Test, configure, and commission devices after installation.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Conduct routine maintenance and scheduled servicing.
- Troubleshoot electrical faults, leakage, or performance issues.
- Replace faulty components, tubing, filters, or accessories.
Driving & Field Operations
- Drive company vehicle to client sites across Dubai and nearby Emirates.
- Transport tools, equipment, diffusers, and aroma oils safely.
- Follow daily schedules and installation routes assigned by Operations Manager.
Client Interaction & Reporting
- Explain basic operation and care instructions to clients.
- Maintain professional conduct at all client locations.
- Report completed jobs, issues, or client feedback to Operations Manager.
