Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of negotiation topics to prepare for discussions.
- Develop negotiation strategies that align with organizational goals and stakeholder interests.
- Facilitate meetings and discussions among parties to promote collaboration and understanding.
- Mediate conflicts and disputes, ensuring all voices are heard and considered.
- Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure clarity and compliance with legal standards.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of negotiations, making adjustments as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide training and guidance to team members on effective negotiation techniques.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations on negotiation outcomes and strategies for management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in negotiation and conflict resolution.
Skills
- University (B.A) /(Business, Banking and finance, Accounting, Economics, Marketing, or Law)
- Minimum of 1 year experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
- Good command in MS Office and English.
- Able to work under pressure.
- Dynamic and good team player.
- Self-motivated.
