We are seeking an experienced Hard Services Operations Manager to oversee and manage the corporate facilities operations across Al Ula and Riyadh. This role will be responsible for managing approximately 15 office accommodations (all offices that come under scope of RCU Corporate department) which will increase, ensuring all hard services and facilities management activities are delivered to the highest standards. The successful candidate will act as the central point of leadership for the corporate side of operations, directly managing Facility Managers and Hard Services teams.
Qualifications & Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in facilities or hard services management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.• Strong track record of managing multiple sites and distributed teams.• In-depth knowledge of hard services, including MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, building maintenance, and asset management.• Proven experience in vendor/contractor management and cost control.• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.• Ability to work effectively across diverse locations and within a corporate environment.• Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
