Key Responsibilities:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for accounting software users.
• Assist clients in managing accounts, inventory, purchase, and sales processes within the system.
• Train users on accounting software features and best practices.
• Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently via remote tools.
• Document and report recurring issues to the development team.
