📌 Job Title: Warehouse In-Charge

📍 Location: Jeddah

📝 Job Summary

The Warehouse In-Charge is responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, safe material handling, timely dispatch, and compliance with company procedures. The role supervises warehouse staff and maintains efficient storage and distribution processes.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1. Warehouse Operations

Oversee receiving, storage, issuing, and dispatch of materials.
Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and storage of goods.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.

2. Inventory Control

Maintain accurate stock records (manual or ERP).
Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile variances.
Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels.

3. Documentation & Reporting

Prepare GRNs, delivery notes, issue vouchers, and transfer documents.
Maintain proper filing of warehouse records.
Submit daily/weekly/monthly stock and movement reports.

4. Coordination & Dispatch

Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and logistics teams.
Ensure timely material availability for production/projects.
Arrange dispatches as per approved delivery schedules.

5. Team Supervision

Supervise warehouse staff, helpers, and forklift operators.
Allocate duties and ensure productivity and discipline.
Train staff on safety and material handling procedures.

6. Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with HSE standards and company policies.
Proper handling of hazardous or sensitive materials (if applicable).
Prevent loss, damage, or theft of inventory.

📌 Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of warehouse and inventory management.
Good organizational and leadership skills.
Basic computer skills (Excel / ERP / SAP preferred).
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability.

Skills

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

Diploma / Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3–7 years experience as Warehouse In-Charge / Storekeeper / Warehouse Supervisor.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, or trading companies preferred.
