Accounting Manager | Outsourcing CompanyAbout the company:SORP Group is a leading outsourcing company in the Dubai market with 17 years of experience. We provide a full range of accounting services for companies of various sizes and industries.Responsibilities:- Build and lead a team of accountants, organize and oversee specialists’ work.- Analyze existing business processes within the department and develop recommendations for improvement.- Optimize task completion timelines and ensure quality control of accounting services for client companies.- Review financial reports for client companies.- Train employees and provide consulting support to clients.- Advise accounting team members on taxation and accounting issues (including client communication on complex matters).- Approve and monitor responses to requests from regulatory authorities for client companies.- Support audit processes.- Analyze employee workload and efficiency, ensuring departmental financial goals are met.- Regularly analyze UAE legislation related to tax accounting and prepare relevant updates.
- Languages - Fluent in Russian, English proficiency: C1 level.- Experience managing an outsourced accounting team or as a Chief Accountant with process setup experience (minimum 3 years).- Experience with QuickBooks or Zoho Books is an advantage.- Experience working with companies from various industries.- Ability to work in a multitasking environment.Key Skills:- Tax risk management, Fixed assets, Financial reporting.- Organizational skills, Accounting management, Tax optimization.- Accounting recovery, Management reporting, Financial analysis.Additional Information:- Office-based position | Barsha Heights, Dubai.- Office Hours - 09h00 till 18h00 | Monday to Friday.- Opportunity to gain significant experience working in an international company, with clients from all over the world.
