Prepare quantity take-offs and material calculations for all project disciplines (civil, architectural, landscaping, and infrastructure).?? Review and verify shop drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with design drawings.?? Conduct and update survey works, leveling, and as-built drawings using approved instruments and software.?? Coordinate with the technical office and site engineers to ensure design accuracy and project execution alignment.?? Use professional surveying software to produce precise maps, coordinates, and site data.?? Assist in preparing Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost summaries, and technical documentation.?? Verify subcontractors’ works and quantities before approval.?? Support project management with claims preparation, delay analysis, and quantity verification when required.
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Surveying or related degree.Minimum 5–7 years of experience in technical office surveying for construction or contracting projects.?? Proficiency in relevant software:- GIS- AutoCAD- MS Excel / Word- Civil 3D (preferred)- Revit (preferred)- Land Desktop / GPS Software (if available)- Strong analytical and reporting skills with a high level of accuracy.- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
