We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in the UAE. The successful candidate will play a critical role in planning, designing, and overseeing construction projects to ensure quality and safety standards are met while delivering projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities:- Conduct site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements and conditions.- Develop detailed civil engineering designs, plans, and specifications using industry software and standards.- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to ensure project feasibility and compliance.- Manage and supervise construction activities to ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety regulations, and timelines.- Prepare cost estimates, project schedules, and progress reports for management and clients.- Identify potential risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.- Ensure all construction work is compliant with local regulations, codes, and environmental standards.- Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and construction teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.- 5 years of experience in civil engineering within the construction industry, preferably in the UAE or Gulf region.- Preference will be given to those candidates holding C.P Certificate/s from TAQA group.- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations applicable in the UAE.- Proficiency with civil engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and project management tools.- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.- Professional engineering license or certification will be an advantage.- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.- Commitment to maintaining high safety and quality standards on all projects.
