As an experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant you will lead the implementation and optimisation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. * 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS). * Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and management reporting. * Strong understanding of real estate industry financial processes and reporting. * Proficiency in EPM Automate, REST API, Data Management, and Calculation Manager. * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
