Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Scaffolding Sales Manager to drive sales growth, expand market presence, and manage key client relationships within the construction and industrial sectors. The role involves generating new business opportunities, preparing technical quotations, managing tenders, and delivering customized scaffolding and access solutions to clients.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the leasing work of construction machinery and equipment (General Equipment) in engineering projects, actively explore the leasing market, expand business channels, and complete the annual sales target;
- Obey the daily work management requirements of the company and leaders, such as customer visits, company meetings, etc.
- Timely track the needs of key customers, establish relationships with key customers.
- Explore potential market information and effectively communicate with customers.
- Timely return of rent, reduce bad accounts receivable.
- Other tasks and ad hoc duties as and when assigned by superiors.
Skills
Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
- 6–7 years’ experience in scaffolding or construction equipment sales.
- Strong knowledge of scaffolding systems ((Cuplock, Ringlock,Tube & Clamp) and safety standards.
- Proven B2B sales and client management skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations, tenders, and technical proposals.
- Experience conducting site visits and understanding project needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
