We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth within the fast-moving consumer goods sector in the UAE. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and developing strategic plans to expand our market presence.Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the FMCG sector in the UAE.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to foster business growth.- Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities.- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings that meet client needs.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.- Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.- Monitor sales performance metrics and report on progress to senior management.- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role within the FMCG industry.- Strong understanding of the UAE market and business culture.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
