Senior Planning Engineer – Job Posting

We are seeking a Senior Planning Engineer to manage planning,

scheduling, and progress control for major infrastructure projects

including roads, bridges, utilities, and earthworks.

Skills

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera P6.

- Develop WBS, resource-loaded schedules, and cash flow forecasts.

- Monitor progress, identify delays, and prepare weekly/monthly reports.

- Coordinate with construction, technical office, procurement, and subcontractors.

- Conduct delay analysis and support EOT claims.

- Track milestones, critical paths, and project KPIs.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

- 7–12 years experience in infrastructure planning (roads, bridges, utilities).

- Strong proficiency in Primavera P6; MS Project and Excel preferred.

- Experience in Saudi mega-projects (NEOM, MOT, RC, Aramco) is an advantage.

- Strong analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
