We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist for Glass to join our construction company based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in glass product sales within the construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our growing business and drive sales success in a thriving market.Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the glass construction sector.- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.- Understand customer needs and propose appropriate glass products and solutions.- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to clients.- Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer specifications are met.- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote company offerings.
- Proven experience as a Sales Specialist or similar role in the construction glass industry.- Strong knowledge of glass products and applications in construction projects.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.- Customer-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.- Willingness to travel within the region as needed.- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field is preferred.
