Job Description – Junior HR Supervisor (Saudi National)Location: Onsite – JeddahDepartment: Human ResourcesReports to: CEOEmployment Type: Full-timeRole PurposeThe Junior HR Supervisor will manage and execute day-to-day HR operations for BuildMate from our onsite Jeddah office. The role focuses on applying existing HR SOPs and managing all HR workflows through Zoho People, ensuring compliance, proper documentation, and smooth communication across departments. Key Responsibilities1. HR Operations & Compliance•Execute all HR processes based on the established BuildMate SOPs.•Maintain accurate employee files and digital records using Zoho People.•Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, Mudad, Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, HRDF, and insurance requirements.•Prepare and issue contracts, HR letters, warnings, and internal memos.•Ensure all new employees submit required documents (IQAMA, national ID, education certificates, etc.) and that everything is properly archived.2. Recruitment & Hiring Coordination•Follow the recruitment SOP to manage job postings, CV screening, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.•Conduct initial HR interviews and share evaluations with department heads.•Maintain recruitment pipelines, candidate status updates, and communication.•Coordinate with team leaders to ensure clarity of job requirements and hiring timelines.3. Onboarding & Offboarding Management•Implement standardized onboarding workflows using Zoho People, including:oContracts issuanceoEmployee file creationoPolicy acknowledgmentoSystem access coordinationoHR induction•Coordinate offboarding (resignations, clearances, system access removal, exit interviews).•Prepare EOSB documentation and coordinate with Finance for final settlement.4. Attendance, Leave Management & Payroll Support•Monitor attendance, permissions, and leave requests through Zoho People.•Validate monthly payroll inputs and share them with the Finance team.•Process GOSI updates for new joiners and separated employees.•Manage medical insurance enrollment, claims, and deletions.•Track probation periods, contract renewals, warnings, and disciplinary actions.5. Employee Relations & Culture Support•Be the first point of contact for all employees for HR inquiries and support.•Ensure consistent communication and enforcement of HR policies.•Assist with employee engagement activities and internal communication.•Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and strong follow-up with staff and managers.6. Reporting & HR Dashboards•Update and maintain monthly HR dashboards:oHeadcountoSaudization percentageoTurnoveroLeaves & attendanceoProbation & renewals•Provide weekly HR updates to the CEO.•Maintain compliance calendars (Iqama expiries, contract dates, training records).
Qualifications & Experience•Saudi National (mandatory)•Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field•1–3 years of HR operations experience within Saudi Arabia•Experience using Zoho People (preferred) or similar HR systems•Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and digital HR platforms (Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, HRDF)•Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skillsKey Competencies•Strong attention to detail and follow-up•High confidentiality and professionalism•Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments•Strong coordination and communication with multiple departments•Problem solving and proactive approach________________________________________
