Job Description:•Identify and approach potential clients in the construction, infrastructure, and municipal sectors to promote RAR Holding’s road marking paints and related products.•Maintain and develop relationships with existing clients, providing technical product guidance, quotations, and after-sales support.•Achieve sales targets through proactive territory management, presentations, and regular client follow-ups.•Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, procurement, technical) to ensure timely delivery, order accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
•Minimum 2–5 years’ experience in B2B sales, preferably in industrial paints, construction materials, or related sectors.•Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.•Basic technical knowledge of road marking paints, application methods, and industry standards is an advantage.•Valid UAE driving license; willingness to travel to client sites across UAE and neighbouring regions.
