- Proven experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or similar role in the hospitality industry.- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate staff.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service.- Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene regulations.- Flexible to work various shifts including weekends and holidays.- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
