Mission
Join our team to lead the UAV design of supersonic and hypersonic unmanned aircraft. You will translate mission needs into system-level technical requirements, drive engineering implementation of design solutions, and help us build industry-leading, high-performance UAVs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall UAV design, define system performance requirements, and allocate them to subsystems.
- Coordinate aerodynamics, structures, loads, communications, image processing, and other subsystems to balance requirements and deliver executable solutions.
- Participate in prototype development, ground testing, and flight validation to ensure the final aircraft meets design goals.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support design decisions and resolve technical challenges.
- Propose innovative concepts and optimization measures to continuously improve UAV performance and reliability.

Skills
Competencies
- Education: Master’s degree or above in Aircraft Design from a globally recognized aerospace university.
- Project Experience:
- ≥5 years of experience in supersonic/hypersonic UAV system design.
- Solid knowledge of aerodynamics or UAV structural design, with full lifecycle engineering experience.
- Understanding of UAV payload requirements (communications, image processing, etc.).
- Ability to translate mission needs into system and subsystem technical specifications, define interface relationships, and reconcile subsystem conflicts.
- Hands-on experience in UAV fabrication or RC model aircraft is a plus.
- Tool proficiency: Skilled in at least one CAD software (CATIA, SolidWorks, UG, or ProE).
- Adaptability: Able to work in an international, innovation-driven environment.
