• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring smooth communication and a professional Liberty Car Care experience.
• Greet customers warmly, identify their service needs, and assess opportunities for value-added services.
• Record customer concerns, vehicle symptoms, and service instructions accurately in the system.
• Prepare repair orders, provide clear cost estimates, and issue final invoices with full transparency.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs and accuracy of service execution.
• Provide continuous job status updates, additional recommendations, and delivery timelines to customers.
• Conduct detailed vehicle walk-around inspections during check-in and vehicle delivery.
• Recommend preventive maintenance, tyres, batteries, alignment, AC service, and other workshop offerings.
• Support active upselling of value-added services in a customer-focused and ethical manner.
• Handle customer concerns, warranty claims, service issues, and follow-ups with professionalism.
• Maintain complete service records, daily sales reports, and customer communication logs.
• Ensure compliance with Liberty Car Care SOPs, operational standards, and safety procedures.
• Work closely with technicians, receptionists, and management to achieve daily sales and service KPIs.
• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer experience aligned with Liberty Car Care service values.
• Represent Liberty Car Care’s brand image with professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Business, or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Service Advisor / Service Sales Advisor in a workshop environment.
• Strong technical understanding of vehicle systems, service processes, and maintenance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills; able to simplify technical issues for customers.
• Proven ability to manage multiple repair orders and achieve sales & performance KPIs.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to perform efficiently in a fast-paced workshop.
• UAE Driving License preferred.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
