Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship Management
· Manage and grow key accounts in the banking and education verticals.
· Build long-term relationships with senior decision-makers (CIOs, IT Managers, Procurement Heads, etc.).
· Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams (technical, delivery, support).
2. Sales Execution
· Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned sectors.
· Drive full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
· Develop and deliver strategic proposals and value-driven presentations.
· Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
3. Solution Selling
· Promote a portfolio of software products, IT services, and infrastructure solutions (servers, networking, storage, cybersecurity, cloud, etc.).
· Collaborate with solution architects and pre-sales teams to design tailored solutions.
· Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
4. Account Planning & Reporting
· Develop strategic account plans and quarterly business reviews.
· Maintain accurate records of account activity and pipeline in CRM.
· Report sales forecasts, pipeline status, and market feedback to management.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business.
· 5–8 years of proven sales experience in Information Technology, preferably in software and infrastructure.
· Prior experience managing key accounts in the banking and/or education sectors is essential.
· Strong understanding of enterprise IT solutions (ERP, cloud, security, data centers, etc.).
· Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate high-value deals.
