We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Off Plan Brokers to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will specialise in facilitating the sale of off-plan properties, providing exceptional service to our clients and helping them invest in Dubai's vibrant real estate market.Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain a strong network of clients interested in off-plan properties.- Provide expert advice on off-plan developments, market trends and investment opportunities.- Manage the entire sales process from client consultation to closing deals efficiently and professionally.- Collaborate with developers and marketing teams to stay updated on new projects and promotional offers.- Negotiate contract terms and assist clients through the purchasing and financing process.- Ensure compliance with local real estate regulations and company policies.- Continuously expand knowledge of the UAE real estate market and off-plan projects to better serve clients.
- Proven experience as a real estate broker or agent, preferably with experience in off-plan property sales.- Sales experience in another field with transferable skills.- Knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market and off-plan developments.- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.- Highly motivated, target-driven and customer-focused with a passion for sales.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Valid real estate license.- Fluency in English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.- Savings to support a commission-based role.
