We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to help grow our business by generating leads, increasing sales, and promoting our brand. The ideal candidate will develop and execute marketing strategies while building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales & marketing strategies
- Identify new customers and business opportunities
- Promote company products/services through digital and offline channels
- Meet sales targets and revenue goals
- Conduct market research and analyze competitors
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve customer satisfaction
- Manage client relationships and follow up on leads
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales and/or marketing
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to meet targets and work under pressure
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media is an advantage
- MS Office / CRM knowledge
