Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies for primary and secondary real estate markets
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of real estate brokers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and key clients
- Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor activity
- Ensure team targets, KPIs, and revenue goals are met
- Support brokers in negotiations and deal closures

- Minimum 3+ years of real estate sales experience in Dubai
