Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Holiday Home Cleaner to prepare short-term rental properties for incoming guests. The ideal candidate maintains high cleanliness standards, and can work efficiently to meet check-in deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize holiday homes between guest stays
- Change and launder bed linens and towels
- Vacuum, mop, and dust all rooms
- Clean bathrooms and kitchens thoroughly
- Refill supplies (toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc.) as required
- Check property for damage or missing items and report issues promptly
- Ensure the home is presented to a high standard before guest arrival
- Secure the property after cleaning
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience preferred (holiday rental or hotel cleaning a plus)
- Strong attention to detail
- Physically able to perform cleaning tasks (bending, lifting, standing)
- Experience with short-term rental platforms (e.g., Airbnb-style properties)
