HR Manager – Job Description
We are hiring for an HR Executive/HR Manager to manage recruitment and core HR functions. The role involves:
1. Hiring for the Mumbai back office and UAE head office through job portals (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed).
2. Handling the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, and finalizing candidates as per manpower needs (typically twice a month).
3. Maintaining employee attendance records.
4. Drafting official letters: offer, increment, termination, warning, etc.
5. Ensuring compliance with HR policies and labor regulations.
6. Facilitating implementation of company policies and resolving employee grievances.
7. Acting as a bridge between management and employees to maintain a healthy work environment.
