We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Company Registration Officer to manage and execute company incorporation and registration processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling documentation, coordinating with government authorities, and ensuring all registration procedures are completed accurately and on time.
Skills
- Handle end-to-end company registration and incorporation processes
- Prepare, review, and submit required legal and registration documents
- Liaise with government departments, free zones, and relevant authorities
- Track application progress and follow up to ensure timely completion
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all clients/projects
- Support clients with post-registration procedures such as license renewals and amendments
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Previous experience in company registration, corporate services, or administrative operations is preferred
- Familiarity with local company incorporation procedures and regulations is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation tools
