We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the department, facilitating communication and coordination across various teams.Responsibilities:•Communication Hub: Handle calls, emails, visitors, and act as a liaison for management.•Scheduling: Manage diaries, book meetings, and coordinate appointments.•Document Management: Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and manage filing systems (digital/physical).•Office Support: Arrange travel, maintain office supplies, and support daily operations.•Confidentiality: Maintain discretion over sensitive office information.
•Proven experience as a secretary or administrative assistant, preferably in manufacturing or related industry.•Excellent organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.•Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English; knowledge of Arabic language is a plus.•Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.•Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).•High level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.•Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
